The BREYER IONDry pilot line is designed for the pilot production, process development and scale-up of dry battery electrodes (DBE) for lithium-ion batteries. Combining advanced dry electrode calendering technology with precise process control, the IONDry enables stable, reproducible and reliable dry electrode production.
The pilot line provides an ideal platform for dry coating process development, electrode optimization and the transition from laboratory and pilot-scale production towards industrial-scale dry electrode manufacturing.
