Products & Services
High-performance batteries are playing an increasingly important role, especially in electromobility and in securing our future power supply. Battery materials such as lithium or silicon compounds, carbon and aluminium oxide for the anode, cathode and other parts of a battery must be processed and partly comminuted to achieve the best possible performance.
To ensure the best possible battery performance, certain particle sizes are required, which are comminuted in wet grinding processes with the aid of agitator bead mills.
For the lowest possible contamination of the battery materials, state-of-the-art bead mills equipped with high-performance grinding beads with very good wear properties must be used. Contamination of the materials with grinding bead abrasion seriously impairs the properties of the battery.
