NEA|Sphere
In order to offer synthetic and natural anode graphite producers as key players in battery production an economical and ecological solution with high capacity and low energy consumption, NEA Process Technology has developed the NEA|Sphere grinding and rounding and classification systems. With this process, a significantly higher yield can be achieved with a low CO2 footprint and low OPEX at the same time.
Individual solutions and processes for sizing and shaping of synthetic graphite, needle cokes and natural graphite flakes have been developed and implemented, such that the NEA|Sphere range of equipment provides optimally adapted solutions for each requirement, such as steep PSDs, high Tap Densities, low surface area, etc.
