About us

The GK multi-channel test and simulation system saves energy and space by having up to 4 independently controllable outputs, which can be controlled independent from each other. Paralleling of the channels is possible. By using a common DC bus most of the power can be exchanged between the tested storage systems without using the grid.

Special solutions up to 650 kW 4x 5-1000 VDC 1000 A are available (max output current 4000A) or up to 1,3 MW with two single systems in parallel.

This unit helps to safe to reduce the required grid power for testing of high-power batteries as well as the losses of battery testing. The power can be shifted between two batteries of different voltage by the internal DC busbar. Only the power losses of difference have to be supplied from the grid.

Measured current rise time <1.3ms from -900 to +900A enables our system to simulate batteries in the power train or other applications.
