eM Safe with Safe-Lock feature: A high-safety quick connector designed for eMobility applications
The eM Safe Quick Connector sets a new benchmark for safety in eMobility systems. Engineered for complex thermomanagement systems, it ensures secure and reliable connections through a combination of safety features. Designed for SAE-type spigots, it incorporates dual O-rings to prevent leaks and every successful connection is confirmed with an audible click. The optional Safe-Lock feature adds a Poka-Yoke function, allowing the second latch to engage only when the spigot is properly connected - providing on top a visual confirmation. With its tool-free disconnection and robust design, eM Safe is the ideal solution for high-performance, safety-critical environments in electric and hybrid vehicles.
PS3 Quick Connector range: smart and efficient fluid line connections
Our PS3 Quick Connector range combines reliable connection technology with intelligent features for modern automotive fluid and thermal management systems.
Available options include integrated temperature sensing for precise thermal monitoring, Digital CPA with QR code verification for reliable assembly confirmation, and flow-optimized geometries that reduce pressure loss and improve system efficiency.
The range also includes versions with an integrated Dry Break Valve, enabling safe disconnection and reconnection of coolant-filled lines while minimizing fluid spillage during maintenance or final assembly.
By combining smart sensing, digital verification, optimized flow performance, and enhanced serviceability, the PS3 Quick Connector range provides a versatile and cost-effective solution for electric, hybrid, and conventional vehicle applications.

Fluid lines are pipes or hoses that are used for transportation or ventilation of different media in various vehicle applications. Our TP Flex combines the best characteristics of smooth PA tube and corrugated tubes. They are designed and engineered according to your specific system requirements.
