EvoWeld
The EvoWeld is a universal machine for plastic welding with laser, especially for processing small and medium series. Depending on the application, the system can be equipped with different laser sources and optics modules, thus offering a wide range of applications.
The system goes through the unique CQC calibration concept of Evosys Laser GmbH, which ensures comparability of systems. To guarantee quality even during production at the customer’s site, the system is available with various modules for online process monitoring.
EvoWeld Mini
The EvoWeld Mini is the newcomer among the complete systems of the Evoweld series. The device will impress you by a coherent, ergonomic and economical overall concept. It was developed to realize laser plastic welding also for smaller quantities or for laboratory operation. The device offers a system technology that is precisely tailored to the processing of small series such as prototypes or assemblies with low quantities.
To increase flexibility and ease of operation, the EvoWeld Mini is technically equipped to enable all standard industrial process variants. Welding contours are programmed and adapted using the intuitive EvoLaP software. This means that welding processes developed on the EvoWeld Mini can be transferred very easily to the more highly automated products from the Evosys portfolio. Various extensions for process and quality monitoring are optionally available for the welding system.
Laser modules
From our experience of more than a decade in laser welding of plastics, we have derived pre-calibrated laser modules. Including laser control. Worldwide interchangeability and process transfer are thus easier than ever before.
Process modules
Your experience and all of ours were the basis for the development of these systems. The EVOSYS out-of-the-box integration solutions are based on our calibrated process modules. Simplest integration, laser class 1 and a stable process are thus a breeze. Extensive MES interfaces and process monitoring options round off the systems.
