Matthews Engineering calenders for continuous and intermittent coated electrodes meet the highest quality standards of the battery industry due to a high degree of automation and optional measuring and control equipment.
LABORATORY CALENDER
The flexible vertical and horizontal usability of our laboratory calender allows for compressing, laminating, embossing and the processing of electrodes. Functioning as calender for the battery industry, it enables the mapping of relevant scalable laboratory processes in the battery sector.
BATTERY SEPARATOR FOILS
More than 70 different coating processes which we can also apply in our laboratories form the basis for designing optimal processes that focus on maximum reliability, precision and the avoidance of rejects and are designed optimally for the industrial 24/7 continuous use. In our line concepts we combine these coating methods with an efficient, energy saving and pinpoint drying / crosslinking.
