ifm’s moneo Software predicts machine failure and displays the health of your automated metal processing machine. Install an IO-Link vibration sensor on your machine. The sensor transmits data through the IIoT port of an IO-Link master to the software. The sensor data is converted to usable information. IO-Link masters (AL13xx series) for the automotive industry

ifm’s IO-Link image-based code-reader sends barcode scan data through an IO-Link master directly to Ignition or higher level software systems for better traceability at every step of production.

AL13xx Series IO-Link Master: The IO-Link master replaces a traditional analog input card with a digital communication path between the master and device. Up to 8 IO-Link devices such as sensors, valves, and I/O modules can be connected to a single master depending on the configuration of the master. The master transmits machine data, process parameters, and diagnostic information to a PLC controller or directly to a higher level IioT controls system.
