Since 1974 Hauschild Engineering designs, builds, and sells worldwide the dual asymmetric centrifuge known as the Hauschild SpeedMixer®, possibly the most powerful, efficient, and durable laboratory and production mixers.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer® are hand-made according to the highest standards of the German mechanical engineering tradition.
Thanks to the combination of opposite centrifugal forces, the Hauschild SpeedMixer® is a bladeless equipment capable of mixing any kind of material in a matter of seconds. The result is an air-bubble free perfectly homogeneous mixture.
The devices work with disposable jars and they do not require further cleaning.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer® can mix from few grams up to 10kg of high viscosity pastes, powders, liquids and emulsions and a combination of materials in different forms.Grinding and milling are also possible processing steps. The mixers are also available in the robotic version and in hundreds of different customized versions to meet the needs of our clients.

Hauschild presents its standard SpeedMixer DAC series, a laboratory and small production mixer based on bladeless technology which is globally proven for almost 50 years. The applications range from silicones, paints, pigments, LED, BATTERY RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT, adhesives, epoxies, urethanes, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, aerospace, automotive and cannabis.
In addition to the well-established product series, we present our new Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC series that offer SMART innovations like real-time temperature control, vacuum-robotic, sensor integration, variable counter rotation, Internet of things compliance, QR-code reader, remote control, and automatic pot cooling system.
Furthermore, the bladeless mixers offer now an increased the capacity, offering more choices for specific applications. The SMART DAC series allows mixing from 250 g up to 1,5 kg and 2 kg. All SMART DAC will be available with mixing volume from 310 ml up to 2.8 litres.

The new Hauschild SpeedMixer® SMART DAC is based on the same DAC (Dual Asymmetric Centrifuge) technology as the standard product line. Mixing takes place bladeless and results in a homogenous composite without any air-bubbles. In addition the SMART DAC offers SMART innovations like real-time temperature control, vacuum-robotic, sensor integration, variable counter rotation, IoT compliance, QR-code reader, remote control, and automatic pot cooling system.
